Reserving a stone
Every stone is reserved by enquiry. Choose Reserve this stone on its page, or gather several in Your selection and send them together. Nothing is charged online.
We reply in writing, usually within two working days, to confirm availability, the price and the report, and how payment and delivery will work for your country.
One of a kind
Each stone is unique, so every listing is a single piece. When a stone sells it stays on the site marked Sold, so you can see the kind of stones we handle.
Prices
Where a price is shown, it is the price of that stone. Where a listing reads Price on request, we quote it in writing when you enquire.
Origin, treatment and reports
Each listing gives the stone's origin and treatment wherever they are known. If a stone has a laboratory report, the laboratory and report number are listed, with a link to verify it where the laboratory offers one.
Laboratory-grown diamonds are always named as lab-grown, in the title and the specification, with their growth method where it is known.
If you would like a stone certified by a particular laboratory before it is dispatched, ask when you enquire.
Delivery
Stones are dispatched fully insured, door to door, and need a signature on receipt. Arrangements, timing and paperwork for your destination are confirmed in writing before anything is sent.
